• When should I take these?

Because these supplements are food products there is no need to take them at set times, but taking them after meals lets them be digested more easily.

  • How many should I take each day?

Please follow the guidelines below and take them with water.

    Product Name Directions
DEEPANAM Approximately 10 capsules a day.
MUKTI Approximately 6 capsules a day.
KAALAKHANDAM Approximately 4 capsules a day.
BHAARA Approximately 8 capsules a day.
SMIRTHI Approximately 4 capsules a day.
  • Can I take multiple supplements together?

Some of our supplements contain identical or similar ingredients with identical or similar effects. Taking these supplements together can result in an overdose of certain ingredients, and as a result we cannot recommend taking many different supplements together.
Our recommendation is to take only the supplements you truly need along with a well-balanced diet.

  • Can I give these to children 15 or younger?

As children are, by definition, still in their developmental periods, we do not recommend they use supplements. A well-balanced diet should be sufficient for their nutritional needs.

  • Can I take these together with any prescription drugs I may already be taking?

If you are already taking prescription drugs, please consult with your doctor or pharmacist before adding supplements to your regimen.

  • Will these trigger my allergies?

As with any other food, you will need to pay attention to the allergens in each supplement and be careful not to take too much of any potentially triggering ingredient. In addition, there are also rare cases where certain supplements may not agree with you. Before taking supplements, please be sure to look over their ingredients and to follow their directions properly.

  • Are there any side effects?

No, there are not, as our supplements are food, not drugs. However, there may be circumstances in which they do not agree with some people with certain conditions. If, after taking our supplements, you notice any symptoms such as itching, rashes, an upset stomach, diarrhea, constipation, and so on, please cease taking them immediately and consult with your doctor or pharmacist.

  • How should I store them?

Supplement tablets may change color depending on environment humidity and other conditions. Once you have taken a capsule out of its container, please do not put it back in with the others. After opening a container of supplements, please be sure to close the cap properly and store it somewhere away from direct sunlight in as cool a location as possible.
*While it is no problem if you wish to change the supplements’ container, please be aware that doing so may result in the container smelling like the supplements afterwards.
